STRUCTURE : It is suitable for any type of machines and is made up of 3 parts (4 in the ACE 2 version) :
A MODULAR CONCEPT : the customer can easily equip the knife holder with a different number of knives only by changing the removable knife-ring. More practical, the knife ring is equipped with a protection shield to offer lightness and total safety to the operators.
FUNCTIONING : By a simple pressure of the knife holder onto the die plate, the hub acts as a dial with a swinging movement and thus corrects any misalignment, even during production !
ECONOMICAL: This knife holder offers the possibility to change the number of knives simply by changing the knife-ring (except the ACE 2 version) and allows adjustments to any change in production at the lowest cost. AMN recommends a yearly maintenance to control the efficiency of the self aligning system. It is possible and economical to purchase one hub and additional knife rings with the same or different knife configuration according to the production requirements.
