Our die plate offer can be declined in two main families:
intensively heated die plates for natural polymers or low filler amounts, with a capability ranging from 1 to 100 t/h. These dies can be as big as 1300 mm in outside diameter.
specially designed die plates for the compounding industry. Adequate surface treatments can be applied to take care of abrasion and corrosion specific issues.
DESIGN: all AMN die plates are specially designed to your grade slate and polymer rheology; we take a lot of care in ensuring that your material perfectly fits the extruder and performs as requested in terms of throughput and back pressure level. All process parameters are taken into account.
QUALITY: all manufacturing steps are closely followed and recorded by our quality control staff. Our CNC machinery is constantly maintained to ensure the best results. Our qualified operators are personally involved in the company quality policy and in the continuous improvement system.
DOCUMENTATION: we provide all the documents to ensure that your material is handled and installed correctly. Each die plate comes with its own Instruction Manual and Certificates.
